    ViewSonic hereby grants to the undersigned (registered reseller), a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right-to-use Registered Partner license (the "License") for certain of ViewSonic's trademarks and logos (the "Logos") as described herein, and under the following terms and conditions:

    1) This License is granted for the benefit of ViewSonic's registered resellers with a legitimate intent to advertise and sell ViewSonic's products.

    2) The License is granted for the duration of the Registered Reseller's participation in ViewSonic's Reseller Partner Programme.

    3) The Registered Reseller acknowledges that ViewSonic is the owner of the Logos and shall not dispute or challenge the validity of the Logos, or the rights of ViewSonic to the Logo, during the term of this Agreement.

    4)The Registered Reseller does not acquire any rights, titles or interests in or to the Logos.

    5) Any use of logos representing awards or publications of companies granting such awards shall be submitted to ViewSonic's prior approval in order to comply with the potential contractual requirements related to the use of these logos.

    6) The Registered Reseller may not, under any circumstances, alter the appearance of the Logos, either by alteration, size, colour or combination with any other logo. Breach of this section will be grounds for immediate termination of this License, and any other legal remedies ViewSonic may deem appropriate.

    7) Any goodwill derived from the application and / or use of the Logos accrues to ViewSonic. ViewSonic may at any time call for confirmatory assignment of that goodwill and the Registered Reseller must immediately execute it.

    5. Although ViewSonic has attempted to provide accurate information on the Web Site, ViewSonic assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the information. ViewSonic may change the programmes or products mentioned at any time without notice.

    ViewSonic reserves the right to modify or terminate its Reseller Partner Programme at anytime without notice or liability.
